Geniatech SOM-G520-OSM and SOM-G720-OSM are next-generation OSM v1.2 Size-L modules powered by the MediaTek Genio 520 and MediaTek Genio 720 processors. They deliver higher CPU performance, faster LPDDR5 memory, and UFS storage, with advanced NPU acceleration for edge generative AI tasks, all within the same compact 45 × 45 mm form factor.
